These terms cover this website and our demonstration phone line. They are not the agreement we sign with clients — that is a separate document, and where the two differ, that one wins.

The demonstration line

The number on this site connects to an AI agent so you can judge it for yourself. It tells you it is an AI at the start of the call, and the call is recorded — the privacy notice explains what happens to that recording.

• It is a demonstration. Nothing said on it forms a contract, and no appointment booked on it is a real appointment with anyone.
• It is not an emergency service. If you need urgent help, ring the appropriate service — 999 in an emergency, or 111 for urgent medical advice.
• Please do not give it health information, payment details, or anyone else’s personal data.
• We may withdraw it, change the number, or limit how long it will talk, at any time.

What this site is

Information about what we do. We keep it accurate but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and nothing on it is professional advice or an offer capable of acceptance. Any figure describing what a client saved is that client’s result and not a promise of yours.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or the demonstration line.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
